1. Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products are generally non-returnable once opened.
Returns may be accepted only in the following situations:
• Product received is damaged
• Wrong product delivered
• Item missing from the order
2. Return Request Timeline
Customers must initiate return requests within 3 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for return:
• Product must be unused and unopened
• Product must be in original packaging
• Customer must provide photo or video proof
Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return request.
4. Refund Process
Once the return request is approved:
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 7–21 working days depending on the bank or payment provider.
5. Replacement Policy
If the product is damaged or incorrect:
• We may provide a replacement product if available.
• If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:
• Customer changed their mind
• Incorrect address provided
• Product used or opened
• Product damaged after delivery
7. Return Shipping
Return shipping charges may be covered by the company if the error is on our side (wrong or damaged product).
Otherwise, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
